Returns & Repairs – Elizabeth Cole Jewelry

We hope that you are completely satisfied with the jewelry you purchase from us. However, if you are for any reason unsatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return for an exchange or refund within 30 business days of your original purchase. All returns must be in original packaging with tags attached - pieces returned without the original tags will be ineligible for a refund.

Returns within 15 days or less: FREE Returns if return is dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 15 days delivery date.

Returns within 16-30 days: $10 Label Fee if return is dropped off and scanned by the carrier 16-30 days after delivery date.

Returns after 30 days: Returns NOT accepted if return is dropped off beyond 30 days after delivery date.

Items that are discounted 70% off or more are final sale.

In order to exchange your  purchase, please do the following:

    1. Enter our Return Portals in the Customer Service Section at the footer of our website (free returns apply to all orders within the lower 48 states and are over $75).
    2. Use your order number and email address in order to retrieve your order details within the Return Portal.
    3. Select the item(s) you'd like to return and please provide the reason for the return.
    4. Please carefully package the jewelry to be exchanged or returned in the original packaging, write the Return Authorization number on the enclosed packing slip and enclose it in the box. All returns must be in original packaging with tags attached - pieces returned without the original tags will be ineligible for a refund. 
    5. You will receive a return label via email. Please print from the email and attach to your package to return to us for a full refund.

If any pieces you purchase break, Elizabeth Cole Jewelry will repair the piece free of charge or replace the piece. Should this be after 90 days of the original purchase, there may be a charge associated with the repair, but we will do everything we can to restore your Elizabeth Cole to brand new. We hope to be able to repair your piece, but please be aware that some of our supplies are limited in quantity and repairs are not always possible. Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time. All defective or damaged products should be returned to us for examination and evaluation.
