Flat-Rate Shipping
Orders usually ship via UPS within 2-3 business days* (M-F) of purchase. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes as well as APO / FPO military addresses. Transit times for international packages are dependent on destination country customs.

International Orders
We're excited to offer international shipping (with package tracking) for a flat-rate of $40 USD. Shipping times differ based on the destination. Contact us if you'd like to place an order but do not see your country on checkout.
Customs & Import Fees
The recipient is responsible for any taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
Refused Shipments
If a package from Elizabeth Cole is refused, or the recipient declines to pay import fees and taxes, the customer is responsible for return shipping back to the USA.
Return & Repair Policy
Sale items which are purchased with the Black Friday / Cyber Monday discount count are final sale. Regularly priced items purchased with the Black Friday / Cyber Monday may be returned for a full refund or exchanged.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Please contact us for the appropriate RA number and additional instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.*

Exchanges
Returns should be sent to: ATTN RETURNS, Elizabeth Cole Jewelry, 767 Hartford Avenue, Suite 201, Johnston, RI 02919. Please follow the checklist below:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- It is still within the return period
- You've emailed us to get a valid Return Authorization number (RA #)
- You've completed this RA form and included it in the return package
- The return package is a box with adequate cushioning & protection—envelopes are not accepted
- The RA # is marked and visible on the outside of the return package
Repairs
We repair items purchased from elizabethcolejewelry.com at no charge for a period of 60 days of the customer receiving it. All associated shipping charges* are the responsibility of the customer. Our warranty doesn't extend to damages resulting from improper care. On occasion, we use limited edition stones and/or vintage materials and repairs may not be possible due to limited supplies.
For purchases older than 60 days, repairs will be subject to a fee assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with specific requests to determine whether repairs can be accommodated and the associated charges. We'll always do our best to repair your piece. *Any carrier may be used, although we recommend using registered mail (with tracking and insurance) in case of lost or damaged packages.
Product Care
Elizabeth Cole jewelry is handmade with care in the USA and slight variations may exist between pieces. Our jewelry is plated (gold or silver) and some natural tarnishing is expected to occur over time. To reduce the effect of wear, gently wipe with a soft polishing cloth and store in a safe place. Protect jewelry from abrasive surfaces and harsh chemicals and remember to wear jewelry after you've applied make-up and perfume.
