Shipping Policy

All merchandise is shipped from our facility in California. The following is our shipping policy:
  • Orders placed by 11 a.m. PST, Monday through Friday, generally ship within two business days.
  • We ship orders via UPS Ground, 2 Day or Overnight; or through the US Postal Service (Priority Mail). If your shipping location requires an alternate form of shipment or if you are an international customer, please make note on your order and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
  • Orders shipped within California will be subject to state and local sales taxes of 8.725%.

Return Policy

Elizabeth Cole Jewelry is committed to the highest level of customer service and customer satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make a return, please refer to the following policy:
  • Elizabeth Cole Jewelry accepts returns within 30 days of the customers original receipt of the merchandise. (This is generally no more than 5 days after the invoice date.) We will provide you with a full refund, less shipping charges, provided the returned goods are in salable condition.
  • Prior to shipping your return to us, please first obtain a return authorization (RA) number from us by sending an email to returns@elizabethcolejewelry.com. We will send you an RA form via email or fax to be included inside your return package. This will help us expedite the return and credit process.
  • Please return all merchandise to the following address:

  • When returning your purchase, please package the merchandise in the same way it was packaged when shipped to you.
  • Returns shipped back after more than 30 days from receipt will not be credited. This will be measured by the ship date on the returned package.
  • Refunds will be processed within three business days after receipt of the returned merchandise. The same credit card with which you made the purchase will be credited (less shipping charges). Depending upon the card used, credits may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. If you paid by check via mail, Elizabeth Cole Jewelry will issue a check made out to you and mail it to your shipping address on file. Please allow up to two weeks for the check to be mailed.
  • In the unlikely event an item is damaged during shipping, or that there is a manufacturers defect, we will replace it free of charge. Please follow the standard return procedures, but take care to ship the merchandise back to us with the same packaging in which it arrived to you and a description of the damage.
  • Because orders are generally processed and shipped the same day that they are placed, we do not accept cancellations.
